Headaches  can be of various types  

  • migraine
  • tension
  • cervical


The headache that occurs in a migraine is usually half the head and patients who have this headache can do no more work when they are experiencing migraine pain, migraine pain is quite severe, People who have migraines may also have nausea or vomiting migraine pain can also be because of loud sound and light and tension.

Migraine patient should consult a doctor once and to avoid migraine, they should take rest, complete 8 hours of sleep. One should stay away from tension and should always be happy.


The headache that occurs in tension is not so severe, with tension in the head, we pull our work in any way, and this pain goes on for a long time, in this head pain in our forehead.

And there is pain in the sides of the head as well, it seems as if someone is holding the head very hard. Resting for some time also cures this headache


Cervical headache causes severe pain in our neck, cervical pain is also very severe and as such it can happen from watching TV and can also happen in bright light, even in loud voice.

It is as if we are studying that due to cervical pain it can happen and it can also be in tension that cervical pain is reddit and goes to the head.


Headache can be caused due to cold in the autumn like dripping of spit in the throat and fever can also cause headache.


1. To prevent headache, we must ensure that, we should complete our 7 to 8 hours of sleep, without proper disturbing for proper functioning

2. most important, we should take a balance nutritious diet, for which we should have our major meal which It is, she should not skip, like if we do not have breakfast in the morning, then it can also cause headaches, so we should eat our morning breakfast properly, we should take good care of our diet.

Proper meal should be taken.

There are some other home remedies you can do to stop headaches.

1. For example, by adding a few drops of Lavender oil to hot water, taking steam of it can also relieve headache.

2. You can smell it with mint oil and applying it directly on your forehead can give you a lot of relief in headache.

3. Tulsi oil, although basil is helpful in relaxing many diseases, but it is also very beneficial in curing headaches.

4. We can also get relief from headache by making some changes in our diet, like butter made from peanuts instead of butter, we also get relief in head aches like we can get a lot of relief in our head pain also by using citrus fruits like Some people also get relief from headache by drinking coffee.

5. Taking ginger, honey and lemon also provides relief in headache.

6. Massage in the head also gives relief in head pain, along with massaging the hands and feet also gives relief from head pain and doing yoga also provides great relief.
